The European Parliament has adopted on 23 June 2011 the Consumer Right Directive
Main achievements for the Direct Selling Industry are:

1.) General threshold of € 50 for all direct selling transactions
2.) Member states will not be able to introduce payment bans
3.) Traders will not have to bear the expense for the return of goods
4.) Consumers have to return the goods before reimbursement by the triders.
5.) Increased harmonisation status.
